Why fruit juices are not healthy?

  • Reading time:1 min read

1. Juicing removes pulp and fiber

2. Juices can be high in calories.

3. If you are watching your calories, juice may not be your

best choice.

4. The calories from the natural fruit sugar can add up

quickly. In addition the fiber of fresh fruit and vegetable makes the whole foods more filling and

satisfying than the juice.

5. Vegetable juices tend to have less sugar than fruit juices.

Bottled vegetable juice is a higher salt content. Check labels

carefully, and select a salt-reduced juice.

6.While making juice melons(watermelon, musk melon etc) should not be mixed with other fruits that

are acidic,sub acidic or sweet.
